While I was at the Laurier university open house for computer science, I noticed that the professor talking was talking about how you can easily get a lot of hardware courses in even though the student may be in a Comp. Sci course.
This relates to me because through high school and taking the Comp. Engineering course I realized that I really enjoyed doing hardware related project (Which was learned through computer engineering course for grades 10/11/12).
Laurier is a school that I am strongly considering going to after high school (as I have already been accepted there) and I like the idea that while in a computer science course (which is what I applied for) it is possible to almost transfer or at least learn a lot more hardware related knowledge. This seemed to be a lot different then the Waterloo course (which I also applied for) where if you go into computer science, you are mainly doing computer science courses (more software knowledge then hardware)
